I loved that it was close to Skyline Wilderness Area Park, which made it easy to enjoy outdoor views, and it was also just a short walk to the vibrant downtown area where I could explore shops and restaurants.

Charge clarity needs improvement!!! Housekeeping services required attention!!! It’s not just a convenience to clean rooms or fix faulty items, it’s a necessity!!! Facilities need better maintenance to avoid discomfort.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The location is ideal and very convenient for group trips. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a chill vacation spot.

However, we did notice that some common areas weren’t well maintained, like the printer at the public computer that was broken when we needed it.

The pool area was nice, and the shower had great hot water pressure. The AC kept us cool during the heatwave.

Clean room, friendly staff, the breakfast was well done with delicious eggs and ample parking made our stay enjoyable as we were centrally located for exploring the area and the seasonal outdoor pool was a nice bonus.

The staff was friendly and quick to help us with our bags, which was a huge relief after the long drive. It was nice to have a comfortable room to settle down in after a fun day out.

My kids wished for a quieter air conditioner since it was pretty loud at night.

I think the hotel needs a deeper cleaning to enhance guest comfort.
